This forum was created for two reasons:

1) To conduct polls, then discuss the outcome of those polls. Polls may cover a variety of issues, but for the most part, will be used to determine a predefined set of "People's Choice" awards for those deserving of the recognition. Polls may be conducted for different facilities and the awards may either be trophies, money or certificates.
      a.   In order to participate in these polls, you must be registered. To keep it fair and accurate, the             integrity of this process MUST be maintained.  "Sand bagging" or any other unfair voting             tactics will be prevented at all costs. During the enrollment process, you will be required to             provide your real name. This information will be kept completely confidential.             Absolutely NO ONE, other than the board administrator will have access to this data.
      b.   Registered Poll Members may participate in all polls, but exercise due diligence in order to             contribute to an accurate general consensus.
      c.   Poll results will be turned over to the party requesting the poll. Only numbers and no names will             be provided. This process will be kept strictly confidential and as accurate as             resources will allow.
      d.   For the most part, the Parlor will remain dormant, unless a Poll is going on. Polls are generally             given a time frame of endurance.
